10月13日，毕得医药（688073）发布公告，公司召开2026年第三次临时股东会，选举产生第三届董事会，其中戴岚当选董事长。
在高级管理人员方面，戴岚被聘任为总经理，周豫为副总经理兼董事会秘书，王坤为财务总监。
此外，因任期届满，尚卓婷不再担任公司职工代表董事，张锐豪不再担任公司副总经理职务，两人继续在公司担任其他职务。
2026年中期，毕得医药实现收入6.83亿元，归母净利润1.03亿元。
