10月13日，科力远（600478.SH）公告，公司此前就CHS项目签订的相关合作协议合作期限已到期。公司董事会于2026年10月13日审议通过签订项目处置框架协议，拟由公司及CHS公司分期支付出资份额转让款余款3.7亿元，最后一期不晚于2029年12月31日，并分期支付违约补偿金1.21亿元。
