【金斯瑞生物科技：调整相关衍生认股权证买卖单位】 金斯瑞生物科技公告称，因公司股份每手买卖单位由2000股更改为1000股，自2026年10月14日起，证券代号17297的衍生认股权证买卖单位由16000份调整为8000份。该认股权证由SG Issuer发行、法国兴业银行担保，现有总额证书仍为有效法律凭证，可用于交易及交收直至到期日，其余上市文件条款保持不变。
