【中芯国际：法兴发行挂钩其股份的认购认股权证】 中芯国际公告称，SG Issuer发行挂钩公司港元普通股的欧式现金结算认购认股权证（证券代号18256），发行规模1.80亿份，每份发行价0.150港元，行使价58.000港元，每80份认股权证对应1股股份权利，期满日为2027年7月5日，预计2026年10月15日于联交所上市，由法国兴业银行提供无条件不可撤销担保，法国兴业证券（香港）有限公司担任流通量提供者。
