据中国贸易救济信息网，10月5日，美国商务部发布公告称，对进口自中国和俄罗斯的定尺碳素钢板作出第五次反倾销快速日落复审终裁：若取消现行反倾销措施，将会导致中国涉案产品以128.59%的倾销幅度继续或再度发生、将会导致俄罗斯涉案产品以185.00%的倾销幅度继续或再度发生。
