10月12日，麒麟信安（688152）发布公告，公司于今日召开第四次临时股东会，完成第三届董事会的换届选举，其中杨涛当选董事长。
同时，公司还聘任杨涛为总经理，聘任周毅和常永峰为副总经理，聘任杨子嫣为董事会秘书，聘任苏海军为财务负责人。
2026年中期，麒麟信安实现收入9659万元，归母净利润-243万元。
