10月12日，隆平高科（000998）发布公告，公司将以3亿元受让巡天农业24.9998%的股权，交易完成后，公司对巡天农业的持股比例将由51.0000%变更为75.9998%。本次交易不会导致公司合并范围发生变化。
巡天农业截至2026年7月31日的总资产为7.92亿元，总负债为3.67亿元，归母净利润为977万元。
2026年中期，隆平高科实现收入17.10亿元，归母净利润-2.73亿元。
