10月12日，依顿电子（603328）发布公告，李文晗因工作调整辞去总经理职务，但仍将担任董事长和战略委员会主任委员。公司聘任王兵为新总经理，李贺为副总经理，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第七届董事会任期届满。
此外，董事会拟聘任李贺为公司副总经理，任期自本次会议审议通过之日起至第七届董事会届满时止。
2026年中期，依顿电子实现收入21.11亿元，归母净利润1.08亿元。
