【财华社讯】丽丰控股(01125.HK)公布，预期截至2026年7月31日止年度，公司拥有人应占综合亏损将较2025年同期亏损约4.19亿港元增加不少于40%。亏损增加主要原因为本年度因出售横琴创新方第二期的一幢住房大楼及撇减横琴创新方第二期的物业而产生亏损。
