10月11日，2026年黔东南州“才聚黔东南，直通新未来”大型招聘会在凯里市二商场举行，90家企业，带来了8000多个就业岗位，为高校毕业生、农村转移劳动力等重点群体提供了丰富的就业岗位和就业机会。除了省内的本地岗位之外呢，还有很多省外的务工岗位。
