10月12日，惠天热电（000692）发布公告，公司全资子公司沈阳热力工业安装工程有限公司（原告）诉中铁九局集团有限公司拖欠工程款案，近日收到沈阳市和平区人民法院一审判决，中铁九局需向原告支付工程款约4976万元及利息。
2026年中期，惠天热电实现收入12.40亿元，归母净利润-9563万元。
