10月12日，长源电力（000966）发布公告，董事长王冬因工作调动申请辞去公司董事长、董事及董事会相关专门委员会职务，之后将不再担任公司及控股子公司的任何职务。
董事长辞职后，由公司副董事长代为履行董事长职务，公司将尽快选举新任董事长。
2026年中期，长源电力实现收入68.59亿元，归母净利润1.73亿元。
