10月12日，曲美家居（603818）发布公告，公司召开了2026年第四次临时股东会，选举产生了由7名非独立董事和4名独立董事组成的第六届董事会，其中，赵瑞海当选董事长。
在高级管理人员的聘任方面，公司聘任赵瑞海为总经理，赵瑞杰和谢文斌为副总经理，孙海凤为财务总监，刘琼为证券事务代表，邓玟琦为内审部负责人。
2026年中期，曲美家居实现收入16.59亿元，归母净利润-7338万元。
