【汇丰：发行8只挂钩多只港股的可赎回牛熊证】 香港上海汇丰银行有限公司公告称，拟发行8只欧式现金结算R类单一股票可赎回牛熊证，分别挂钩北京智谱华章、小米集团、阿里巴巴、建滔积层板、吉利汽车、腾讯控股、联想集团、华虹宏力半导体相关股份，其中4只为牛证、4只为熊证，发行额合计6亿份，发行价介于0.05港元至0.15港元之间。上述牛熊证推出日为2026年10月9日，发行日为2026年10月13日，预计2026年10月14日于联交所上市，届满日期分布在2027年3月至2028年10月期间。
