10月12日，据报道，汇丰控股有限公司（HSBC Holdings Plc）将逐步取消高管的固定薪酬津贴，转而以奖金形式发放更大比例的薪酬。
报道称，这家总部位于伦敦的银行正在转向更接近华尔街式的薪酬结构，并将于明年年初开始逐步取消旧有的固定薪酬制度。此举旨在使薪酬与业绩更紧密挂钩，是首席执行官Georges Elhedery持续推进该行改革的一部分。
