10月12日，南网储能（600995）发布公告，刘国刚由于达到法定退休年龄，申请辞去公司第九届董事会董事长、董事、战略与可持续发展委员会委员及召集人、提名委员会委员职务。
公告提到，在新任董事长选举产生之日前，刘国刚将继续履行上述职务及公司法定代表人职责。
2026年中期，南网储能实现收入41.20亿元，归母净利润11.12亿元。
