市场研究机构CounterpointResearch在10月11日发布报告称，全球人形机器人行业的DRAM需求预计将从今年的约8300太比特（Tbit）增至2030年的约17.2万Tbit，增幅超过20倍。在AI数据中心的高带宽存储HBM之后，机器人市场有望成为三星电子、SK海力士等存储芯片公司新的增长引擎。
