【财华社讯】普达特科技(00650.HK)公布，公司共取得了29台新设备订单，其中14台为半导体设备新订单，包含单片清洗设备与炉管LPCVD设备，设备系统主要应用于客户的高端特色工艺半导体与第三代半导体产线。该等设备订单均为正式订单，暂未确认收入。公司将在客户通过验证后确认收入。
