10月8日，国家金融监督管理总局上海监管局行政处罚信息公开表显示，中邮人寿保险股份有限公司上海分公司因给予投保人保险合同约定以外的其他利益、未向投保人询问基本医疗保险等情况被警告并罚款7万元；责任人高某海被警告并罚款2万元。
