新京报贝壳财经讯 10月11日，赣锋锂业公告称，公司与中信银行东莞分行签署最高额保证合同，为全资子公司GFL International Co.,Ltd（赣锋国际）提供6亿元连带责任保证。根据公司2026年第一次临时股东会的批准，公司对控股子公司提供担保额度合计200亿元，公司对控股子公司实际担保金额为150.74 亿元，其中公司对赣锋国际实际担保金额为15.73亿元。
