【中国海诚：控股股东拟变更为保利集团】财联社10月11日电，中国海诚(002116.SZ)公告称，公司收到控股股东中轻集团转发的保利集团通知，保利集团拟通过国有股权无偿划转方式，受让其全资子公司中轻集团持有的公司全部股份260,123,322股，占公司总股本的46.54%。本次划转后，保利集团将成为公司控股股东，中轻集团不再持有公司股份，实际控制人未发生变化，仍为保利集团。
