运河财富｜清华五道口BRI EMBA走进希腊 架起文明互鉴经贸对话新桥梁

时值中希建立全面战略伙伴关系20周年、清华大学五道口金融学院“一带一路”金融EMBA（BRI EMBA）项目创办十周年，清华大学五道口金融学院院长焦捷带队赴希腊雅典，开启为期5天的BRI EMBA希腊课程模块。本次课程进一步丰富了BRI EMBA海外教学版图，是学院国际化办学的重要实践。It is the 20th anniversary of the establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Greece, as well as the 10th anniversary of the BRI EMBA program at the Pudong School of Finance, Tsinghua University. Jiao Jie, the dean of the Pudong School of Finance at Tsinghua University, led a team to Athens, Greece, to launch a 5-day BRI EMBA course module there. This course further expands the overseas teaching offerings of the BRI EMBA program, representing an important step in the college’s efforts to promote internationalization.

模块开幕式于当地时间10月7日上午在雅典举办。希腊前总理科斯塔斯・卡拉曼利斯、中国驻希腊大使方遒、清华大学五道口金融学院院长焦捷发表主旨演讲并开展圆桌对话。The opening ceremony of the module took place on the morning of October 7th, local time, in Athens. former Greek Prime Minister Costas Karamanlis, Chinese Ambassador to Greece Fang Qiu, and Jiao Jie, Dean of the Pudong School of Finance at Tsinghua University, delivered keynote speeches and participated in a roundtable discussion.

活动由BRI EMBA希腊模块学术支持教授Pelagia Karpathiotaki主持。70余位来自全球各地的BRI EMBA企业家同学汇聚雅典，开启一场贯通中希两大古老文明的深度对话。The event was hosted by Pelagia Karpathiotaki, an academic advisor for the BRI EMBA Greece module. Over 70 entrepreneurs from around the world attended the event in Athens, enabling a deep dialogue between the two ancient civilizations of China and Greece.

卡拉曼利斯于2004至2009年担任希腊总理，是2006年中希全面战略伙伴关系协定签署的亲历者与见证者。二十年来，他持续推动中希友好交往，为两国经贸、航运与人文领域合作打下坚实基础。Karamanlis served as Prime Minister of Greece from 2004 to 2009. He was a direct participant and witness to the signing of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Agreement between China and Greece in 2006. Over the past twenty years, he has continued to promote friendly relations between China and Greece, laying a solid foundation for cooperation in economic, trade, shipping, and cultural fields between the two countries.

卡拉曼利斯在主旨演讲中深情回顾中希全面战略伙伴关系缔结的关键历程，他表示，2006年中希全面战略伙伴关系的落地，是两国友好史上的里程碑时刻。他指出，希腊坐拥全球领先的航运实力，希腊船东运力占全球五分之一、欧盟总吨位60%，比雷埃夫斯港已成长为地中海、欧洲核心枢纽港口，成为中希务实合作的标杆范本。同时，他细数中希奥运情缘、文化共鸣与经贸硕果，覆盖港口物流、农业、旅游、科技等多个领域。面对当下多变的国际格局，他提出，世界正走向多极化发展，各国应摒弃隔阂、加强互通合作。他以“苏格拉底与孔子同源同理”的文明哲思，诠释两大文明兼容共生的内核，并分享自己1979年首次访华的亲身经历，见证中国改革开放的跨越式发展，高度肯定中希长期友好的战略价值。In his keynote speech, Karamanlis fondly recalled the key steps in the establishment of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between China and Greece. He said that the implementation of this partnership in 2006 marked a significant milestone in the history of friendly relations between the two countries. He pointed out that Greece possesses world-leading shipping capabilities: Greek shipowners account for one-fifth of global capacity, and the port of Piraeus represents 60% of the total tonnage in the EU. The port has become a key hub in the Mediterranean and Europe, serving as an example of practical cooperation between China and Greece. He also described the connections between Greece and China in terms of sports, culture, and economic cooperation, covering various areas such as port logistics, agriculture, tourism, and technology. In the face of the current complex international situation, he suggested that the world is moving towards multipolarization, and countries should overcome their differences and strengthen mutual cooperation. Drawing on the philosophical idea that “Socrates and Confucius share the same principles”, he explained the essence of coexistence between these two civilizations. He also shared his personal experience of visiting China for the first time in 1979, witnessing China’s rapid development during the reform and opening-up period, and highly valued the long-term strategic value of friendly relations between China and Greece.

方遒在致辞中以古希腊哲人名言开篇，他表示，阅历与远行即是最好的教育，鼓励在场企业家同学立足希腊沃土，洞察欧洲市场、捕捉跨境机遇、深耕国际合作。他从文明、交情、机遇、长远四个维度深度解读中希关系：中希同为世界文明古国，跨越万里山海，拥有高度契合的和合、包容、契约、责任的文明内核，天然具备亲近共生的合作底色。他回顾两国患难与共的深厚情谊：希腊多次全力协助中国海外撤侨，在危难时刻伸出援手；而在中国的鼎力支持下，比雷埃夫斯港涅槃重生，成为中欧供应链核心枢纽。当前，希腊坐拥欧亚非三洲交汇的核心区位优势，依托陆海快线打通中东欧市场，华为、格力、海尔等一众中国企业已在此落地深耕。他表示，中希产业高度互补，在清洁能源、新能源交通、农产品、高端石材等领域合作潜力巨大，并以亚里士多德“挚友如两体一心”的理念寄语在场同学：中希合作的核心密码，是以文明互鉴凝聚力量，以务实合作奔赴长远未来。In his speech, Fang Qiu began his speech with a famous saying from an ancient Greek philosopher, stating that experience and traveling far are the best forms of education, encouraging the entrepreneurs present to base themselves in Greece, gain insight into the European market, seize cross-border opportunities, and deepen international cooperation. He deeply interpreted China-Greece relations from four dimensions: civilization, friendship, opportunity, and long-term vision: both are ancient civilizations of the world, spanning thousands of miles of mountains and seas, possessing a highly compatible core of harmony, inclusiveness, contract, and responsibility, naturally possessing a foundation of close and symbiotic cooperation. He recalled the deep friendship between the two countries through thick and thin: Greece has repeatedly assisted China in evacuating its overseas citizens, lending a helping hand in times of crisis; With China's strong support, Piraeus Port has been reborn as a core hub for the China-Europe supply chain. Currently, Greece enjoys the core geographical advantage at the intersection of Europe, Asia, and Africa, relying on the land-sea express line to connect with the Central and Eastern European markets. Chinese companies such as Huawei, Gree, and Haier have already established and deeply cultivated this region. He stated that China-Greece industries are highly complementary, with huge potential for cooperation in clean energy, new energy transportation, agricultural products, and high-end stone. He also shared Aristotle's philosophy of 'close friends as two bodies united as one heart' to the students present: The core code of China-Greece cooperation is to gather strength through mutual learning among civilizations and to pursue a long-term future through pragmatic cooperation.

清华大学五道口金融学院溯源至中国人民银行研究生部，素有“金融黄埔”之称。学院依托清华大学综合学科优势，深耕中国金融改革与领军人才培养，着力打造世界一流的金融教育与政策研究平台。“一带一路”金融EMBA（BRI EMBA）项目将迎来创办十周年，累计培养近300位商界领袖与企业家学员。学生群体由各国深耕产业、金融、能源、物流、数字经济领域的资深企业家与决策者组成。项目以金融赋能产业、实景教学链接全球为核心特色，践行“课堂行走全球”的培养模式，常态化在“一带一路”沿线国家开设海外模块，组织学生实地走访标杆项目、对接当地政企资源。The Wudaokou School of Finance at Tsinghua University originated from the Graduate Department of the People’s Bank of China and is known as “the finance academy”. Leveraging Tsinghua University’s comprehensive academic strengths, the school focuses on promoting financial reforms in China and training leading professionals in this field, aiming to establish a world-class platform for financial education and policy research. The BRI EMBA program will celebrate its 10th anniversary; nearly 300 business leaders and entrepreneurs have been trained through this program. The participants are experienced entrepreneurs and decision-makers from various countries who work in industries such as finance, energy, logistics, and digital economy. The program emphasizes using finance to support industry development and practical teaching across the globe, adopting a “global learning through classrooms” approach. Regular overseas modules are offered in countries along the “Belt and Road” initiative, allowing students to visit key projects and connect with local government and business resources.

焦捷表示，本次希腊课程模块承载多重时代意义：恰逢中希建立全面战略伙伴关系20周年、学院办学45周年，同时也是BRI EMBA项目的十周年重要节点。二十年前，卡拉曼利斯前总理提出，希腊作为海运强国，应深化与中国在航运港口领域的合作；同为文明古国，两国应优先推进文教交流。二十年后，这两大愿景均落地成真，比雷埃夫斯港成为中希共建“一带一路”的标杆项目，而本次雅典课程模块，正是对两国人文教育交流愿景的生动实践。Jiao Jie said that this Greek course module has significant historical importance: it marks the 20th anniversary of the establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Greece, the 45th anniversary of the school’s operation, and also the 10th anniversary of the BRI EMBA program. Twenty years ago, former Prime Minister Karamanlis proposed that Greece, as a major maritime country, should deepen cooperation with China in the field of shipping ports. As ancient civilizations, both countries should prioritize cultural and educational exchanges. Twenty years later, these goals have been realized: Piraeus Port has become a model project for the “Belt and Road” initiative between China and Greece. The Athens course module represents a practical implementation of these cultural and educational exchange goals between the two countries.

结合自身从业经历，焦捷分享了比雷埃夫斯港的合作发展故事，高度肯定中希航运与经贸合作的战略价值。他寄语全体学员，这场跨越山海的研学，带来的不只是国际视野与行业洞察，更能体悟两大古老文明沉淀下来的韧性精神与长期主义格局。他期待本次希腊模块，搭建起中希教育交流、人文互通、经贸合作的全新桥梁。Based on his own professional experience, Jiao Jie shared stories about the development of Piraeus Port and highlighted the strategic value of shipping and economic cooperation between China and Greece. He encouraged all participants to realize that this study tour across distances not only provides international perspectives and industry insights but also helps them understand the resilience and long-term thinking that have been passed down by these two ancient civilizations. He hopes that this Greek module will create a new bridge for educational exchange, cultural interaction, and economic cooperation between China and Greece.

圆桌研讨环节氛围热烈，焦捷与卡拉曼利斯围绕国际格局、欧洲发展、中国企业出海等核心议题展开深度交流。The roundtable discussion was lively. Jiao Jie and Karamanlis engaged in in-depth discussions on key topics such as the international landscape, European development, and the expansion of Chinese companies abroad.

针对中国企业全球化布局与企业家核心能力建设，焦捷表示，全球化已是中国企业必经的战略路径。大批五道口校友企业加速出海深耕，企业国际化发展，必须深耕本土市场需求、强化金融风控能力、精准定位全球价值链，同时坚守企业社会责任，深耕本土、融入本土，做负责任的全球化企业公民。Regarding the global expansion efforts of Chinese companies and the development of entrepreneurs’ capabilities, Jiao Jie said that globalization is a necessary strategic path for Chinese companies. Many companies founded by alumni from Wudaokou are rapidly expanding their operations overseas. For companies to achieve international success, they must focus on local market demands, strengthen financial risk management capabilities, accurately position themselves within the global value chain, and at the same time uphold corporate social responsibility. They should focus on the local market and integrate into it, becoming responsible global business citizens.

卡拉曼利斯指出，欧盟拥有庞大的经济体量与顶尖的科教文明实力，但受限于长期的政治领导力缺失，欧洲一体化进程进展缓慢。他期待欧洲重塑格局、凝聚力量，在全球舞台承担更大责任，成为推动世界和平、合作与共同发展的核心力量。Karamanlis pointed out that the EU has a large economic size and excellent scientific and educational capabilities. However, due to the lack of effective political leadership over time, the process of European integration has progressed slowly. He hopes that Europe will re-establish its role and unite its forces, so that it can take on greater responsibilities on the global stage and become a key force in promoting world peace, cooperation, and shared development.

The BRI EMBA program at Tsinghua University’s PBCSF is the first specialized master’s program in China dedicated to the promulgation of the Belt and Road Initiative.
