因琼中降雨过程趋于减弱，省道S215长英线路段（琼中境内）已具备正常通行条件。经现场综合研判决定，自2026年10月10日09时00分起解除长英线K28+500至K38+500路段全幅封闭的交通管制，恢复正常通行。
