10月10日获悉，国务院残工委近日印发的《国家残疾预防行动计划（2026—2030年）》将出生缺陷和发育障碍致残源头防控列为主要行动，将加强婚前、孕前保健与早孕关爱服务，做好产前筛查、诊断，加强新生儿早期筛查和干预，强化儿童健康和发育障碍全周期管理。（新华社）
