当地时间10月9日，美国政府宣布对国际刑事法院（ICC）实施制裁。
美国国务卿鲁比奥在声明中称，美国政府不会允许国际刑事法院起诉美国人，因此决定对该法院实施制裁，禁止与该机构进行交易，以削弱其运作能力。本轮制裁影响范围更广，可波及为该法院提供服务的企业。
