格隆汇10月9日｜微芯科技宣布，收购总部位于德州的耐辐射和抗辐射微控制器(MCU)及微处理器(MPU)供应商VORAGO Technologies。交易条款未予披露。微芯科技表示，通过此次收购，有望在航空航天与国防以及太空市场获得更大份额；防务和商业航天项目的投资与需求均在加速增长。
