10月9日，据美的集团消息，美的集团近日完成对意大利医学影像企业百胜医疗（Esaote S.p.A.）的控股收购。据介绍，百胜医疗将并入美的医疗事业部，并继续作为独立的全球性医疗设备企业运营，总部仍设于意大利热那亚，并在意大利、荷兰保留研发与生产基地。2025财年，百胜医疗集团营收2.67亿欧元，其中70%收入来自海外市场。企业员工约1160人，研发人员占比20%，每年将12%营业收入投入研发。
