【渤海租赁：控股子公司Avolon下属子公司向空中客车公司购买飞机】财联社10月9日电，渤海租赁(000415.SZ)公告称，公司控股子公司AvolonHoldingsLimited（简称“Avolon”）之全资子公司AALL、CIT Aerospace LLC、CIT Aerospace International Unlimited Company与空中客车公司（Airbus S.A.S.，简称 “空客公司”）分别签署了《飞机采购合同修订协议》及相关协议，拟向空客公司采购110架新一代技术飞机（包括75架A320NEO系列飞机和35架A330NEO系列飞机），同时获得100架新一代技术飞机的购买选择权（包括75架A320NEO系列飞机和25架A330NEO 系列飞机）。
