格隆汇10月9日丨国银金租(01606.HK)宣布，公司作为出租人与承租人上海铭行汽车服务有限公司于2026年10月9日订立本次融资租赁合同，据此，(i)出租人同意以代价约人民币1.83亿元向承租人购买本次租赁物(本次融资租赁合同项下承租人所拥有的位于中国各地的若干车辆)，及(ii)出租人同意向承租人出租本次租赁物，租赁期为12个月。
