10月9日，ST文峰（601010.SH）公告称，公司拟使用8000万元-12000万元自有资金以集中竞价方式回购股份，回购价格不超过3.48元/股，回购期限为2026年5月14日至2027年5月13日，回购股份将用于员工持股计划或股权激励。截至2026年9月底，公司累计回购股份2257.10万股，占总股本比例为1.25%，回购价格区间为1.43元/股-1.73元/股，累计回购金额3633.90万元。
