10月9日，韩国GF证券分析师Jeff Pu在一份报告中提到，英伟达可能在部分后端环节采用英特尔的Foveros芯片技术，英特尔代工业务有望再拿下一笔潜在订单。时间点也被点明了，英特尔14A制程预计在2028年下半年投产，英伟达可能在同一时期通过Foveros封装把这个选项纳入进来。
