防爆知识・每日一课 【防爆标志怎么读 —— 看懂铭牌上那串 “Ex db ⅡC T4 Gb”】
客户给你一台防爆设备，铭牌上写着 “Ex db ⅡC T4 Gb”，这串字母数字其实是四层信息叠在一起：
- Ex：防爆总标志；
- db：防爆型式。da/db/dc = 隔爆型、eb/ec = 增安型、ia/ib/ic = 本安型、pxb/pyb/pzc = 正压型、ma/mb/mc = 浇封型；
- ⅡC：气体类别。ⅡA （丙烷）、ⅡB （乙烯）、ⅡC （氢气、乙炔），ⅡC 可向下兼容，反之不行；
- T4：温度组别。T1≤450℃，T2≤300℃，T3≤200℃， T4≤135℃， T5≤100℃， T6≤85℃，T4 即表面不超 135℃；
- Gb：设备保护等级 EPL。Ga（0/1/2 区）> Gb（1/2 区）> Gc（2 区）。
选型时反过来用：先查现场是什么气体、引燃温度多高、属于 0/1/2 哪个区，再对照铭牌选，不能只看 “有 Ex” 就下单。
