【瑞士银行：拟发行两单挂钩腾讯及百度的认购权证】 瑞士银行公告称，拟发行两单欧式现金结算认购权证，证券代号分别为18140、18139，挂钩腾讯控股、百度集团股份。其中腾讯认购权证发行额3亿份，行使价488.880港元，到期日2027年4月12日；百度认购权证发行额7000万份，行使价98.880港元，到期日2027年5月31日。两单权证发行价均为0.150港元，推出日为2026年10月7日，预计10月12日于联交所上市。
