10月8日，金瑞矿业（600714）发布公告，郑永龙因工作变动原因申请辞去公司董事、总经理职务，之后不在公司继续任职。
在董事会聘任新任总经理之前，由董事长任小坤代为履行总经理职责。
2026年中期，金瑞矿业实现收入1.52亿元，归母净利润1677万元。
