10月4日上午，罗女士称在广东省中山市柒粉田拌粉王（金嘉店）点了一份拌粉，食用时发现粉里夹杂一块创可贴。
罗女士称，当时吃到嘴里感觉异样，吐出来才发现是创可贴，上面带有污渍，疑似已使用过。她当场向门店反映情况，门店负责人到场后没有提出解决方案，反倒要求报警。
