格隆汇10月7日丨总部位于加州的石油生产商Pacific Coast Energy Co.（PCEC）已开始在委内瑞拉开展业务，并计划在未来六个月内将当地原油产量翻倍至每日4万桶。公司周三表示，今年第三季度已在Delta和Cabimas两个区块启动运营，并重新启用了50多口生产重质原油的油井。目前，PCEC运营的两个区块合计日产量约1.93万桶。公司表示，这两个区块在峰值状态下具备未来10年维持最高每日16万桶产量的潜力。
