10 月 7 日，欧洲中部时间 11 时 45 分（北京时间 17 时 45 分 ），2026 年诺贝尔化学奖在瑞典皇家科学院揭晓，授予 Henri Kagan 和 Kenso Soai，以表彰他们在不对称有机合成中非线性效应与自催化作用的发现。
此前，诺贝尔基金会已决定，2026 年每个奖项类别的奖金为 1200 万瑞典克朗（约合 801 万元人民币）。与往年相比，每个奖项类别增加了 100 万瑞典克朗（约合 67 万元人民币）。今年也恰逢诺贝尔奖设立 125 周年。
