10月7日，深南电路（002916）发布公告，董事长杨之诚因达到法定退休年龄申请辞职，其辞职自送达董事会时生效。
公司于2026年9月30日召开董事会，选举杨智勤为新任董事长，任期至公司第四届董事会任期届满。同时，杨智勤也将担任公司的法定代表人。
2026年中期，深南电路实现收入152.96亿元，归母净利润22.51亿元。
