据WCAX报道，纽约州伊丽莎白镇——伊丽莎白镇社区医院正在举办两场社区免费A1C检测活动，帮助人们更好地了解自己的糖尿病风险。
这种简单的指尖采血检测可以测出一个人过去两到三个月的平均血糖水平，有助于及早查出糖尿病前期或糖尿病。
7月10号上午9点到下午2点，威尔斯伯勒的史密斯大楼健康中心有免费检测。
第二场活动是7月17号上午9点到下午2点，在韦斯特波特健康中心。
无需预约，活动面向公众开放。
