近日，有游客反映在华山风景名胜区西峰乘缆车下山时人满为患，质疑景区超负荷运行。
对此，华山风景名胜区工作人员回应称，当天是正常运送游客下山，需要下山的游客都安全送下去了；节假日人流量较大，17时至20时是排队下山高峰期，不存在超负荷运行，旺季都会限流，冬天可随买随进。
