（舞者：楷宜，摄像：黄少锋）On China’s southeastern coast, they call it the hero's song. Dancers paint their faces and grip a pair of short wooden batons, which they strike together to the beat – the drums thunder, the singing soars and the movement surges like the tide. This is Yingge, a dance born in the Chaoshan region of Guangdong to dispel misfortune and summon courage. It celebrates justice, unity, and an indomitable spirit.
