一、莲藕花生排骨汤

准备食材: 莲藕、花生米、排骨、红枣、姜片。

做法步骤:

1、排骨剁成小块下锅焯水，接着加入料酒、姜片去腥，焯水以后，把排骨捞出沥干水分，再倒入炖锅中。

2、把莲藕去皮切小块，然后花生米、红枣、姜片一起倒入炖锅中，再加入适量的清水。

3、最后中小火炖煮两个小时，接着往里加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

二、苦瓜炒牛肉

准备食材: 牛肉、苦瓜、姜丝、蒜末。

做法步骤:

1、牛肉清洗干净切薄片，接着加入姜丝、淀粉、生抽和花生油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、用食盐搓洗干净苦瓜切薄片，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的牛肉煸炒至变色，再盛出备用。

3、另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，接着倒入苦瓜大火翻炒，然后加入食盐调味，再继续翻炒至苦瓜断生。

4、最后加入炒好的牛肉一起翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

三、娃娃菜焖鸡胸肉

准备食材: 娃娃菜、鸡胸肉、姜丝、姜蒜末、胡椒粉。

做法步骤:

1、鸡胸肉切成小块放入大碗中，接着加入料酒、淀粉、食盐、生抽和食用油一起抓拌均匀，再腌制二十分钟备用。

2、清洗干净娃娃菜切小段，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入鸡胸肉煸炒油煎。

3、煸炒至鸡胸肉变色以后，再加入姜蒜末炒香，然后加入娃娃菜一起翻炒均匀。

4、最后放入蚝油、白糖和清水一起焖煮两分钟收汁，即可出锅开吃。

四、菠菜炒肉

准备食材: 瘦肉、菠菜、蒜末。

做法步骤:

1、瘦肉清洗干净切薄片，然后菠菜清洗干净摘小段，接着起锅烧水，水烧开之后，放入菠菜焯水去除草酸，再捞出沥干水分备用。

2、热锅烧油，油热以后，放入瘦肉煸炒油煎，煸炒至瘦肉变色后，再加入料酒和生抽调味提鲜，然后继续翻炒均匀入味。

3、接着加入蒜末一起翻炒均匀炒香，然后加入焯好的菠菜一起翻炒均匀。

4、最后加入食盐和鸡精调味提鲜，再继续大火翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

五、青瓜炒鸡蛋

准备食材: 青瓜、鸡蛋、蒜末。

做法步骤:

1、取碗打入三个土鸡蛋搅拌均匀，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，把鸡蛋液倒入油煎滑熟，再盛出备用。

2、青瓜去皮切薄片，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，接着倒入青瓜大火翻炒均匀。

3、然后加入食盐和鸡精调味提鲜，再继续翻炒至青瓜断生，接着倒入煎好的鸡蛋一起翻炒。

4、最后淋入少许的生抽提鲜，再继续大火翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

六、娃娃菜虾滑汤

准备食材: 大虾、娃娃菜、姜丝、胡椒粉。

做法步骤:

1、大虾去除虾线和虾壳，然后剁成虾滑放入大碗中，接着加入料酒、食盐和胡椒粉抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、清洗干净娃娃菜切小段，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜丝爆香，接着倒入娃娃菜大火翻炒均匀。

3、炒软娃娃菜后，再往里加入适量的清水大火煮开，接着把腌制的虾滑揉成虾球放入煮熟。

4、最后加入食盐和鸡精调味提鲜，即可出锅开吃。
