10月3日，天津南开警方发布警情通报：10月1日22时40分许，公安机关接群众报警，在南开区士英路与亮丽道交口，有人燃放烟花。接报警后，民警立即赶赴现场，经循线追踪，于10月2日将燃放人员安某某（女，58岁）、姚某某（男，60岁）查获。目前，公安机关已依法对安某某、姚某某予以行政处罚，烟花来源正在追查中。
