连霍高速郑州段的中牟服务区内，河南省首台集成充电桩的固定式移动储能充电方舱，于国庆假期前一日正式投运。该设备可在充电高峰释放储能电量，平抑瞬时负荷波动，缓解原有充电桩供电容量不足的瓶颈，如同一座“固定式超级充电宝”。
