秋天是一个干燥的季节，阳光明媚，光照强度高。同时，因为干旱少雨的缘故，空气也是燥热燥热的。而燥热的天气，容易使得我们心火旺盛，身体内热不降，造成消化不良，代谢力下降和便秘等不良反应，使得我们浑身上下不舒服。因此，在秋天这个气候干燥的季节里，我们要顺应时节安排日常饮食，六道清淡好喝的快手汤可以常喝，清心火，降内热，帮助我们提高代谢力。接下来，我分享一下这六道快手汤的做法，喜欢的朋友，跟着我一起来学习吧。

一、冬瓜蛤蜊汤

准备食材: 蛤蜊、冬瓜、姜丝、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、蛤蜊提前加盐水吐沙，然后冷水下锅焯煮，加入料酒去腥，焯至开口后，在捞出清洗干净备用。

2、冬瓜去皮切小块，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜丝爆香，接着倒入冬瓜大火翻炒。

3、炒出香味后，再加入清水大火煮开，接着加入蛤蜊一起煮三分钟。

4、最后加入适量的食盐调味，然后撒入一把葱花点缀，即可出锅开吃。

二、丝瓜鸡蛋豆腐汤

准备食材: 丝瓜、豆腐、鸡蛋、姜丝。

做法步骤:

1、取鸡蛋打入碗中搅拌均匀，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，倒入鸡蛋液油煎滑熟，再盛出备用。

2、丝瓜去皮，然后和豆腐一起切成小块备用，再热锅烧少油，油热以后，放入姜丝爆香，再倒入丝瓜炒香。

3、接着加入适量的清水大火煮开，然后加入豆腐煮一分钟，再倒入煎好的鸡蛋煮一分钟。

4、最后往里加入适量的食盐和鸡精调味提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

三、白菜牛肉汤

准备食材: 白菜、牛肉、姜丝。

做法步骤:

1、牛肉切成薄片，接着加入姜丝、生粉和花生油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、清洗干净白菜切成小段，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜丝爆香，接着倒入适量的清水大火煮开。

3、然后倒入白菜煮一分钟煮熟，再倒入牛肉煮半分钟，煮至变色即可。

4、接着往里加入适量的食盐和鸡精调味提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

四、冬瓜牛肉汤

准备食材: 冬瓜、牛肉、姜丝、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、切成薄片的牛肉加入生粉、姜丝和花生油抓拌均匀，再腌制十分钟备用。

2、冬瓜去皮切薄片，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜丝爆香，接着倒入冬瓜大火翻炒均匀。

3、炒出香味后，再往里加入适量的清水大火煮开，然后转中小火煮三分钟。

4、接着往里加入腌制好的牛肉滑熟，然后加入食盐调味，再撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

五、娃娃菜鸡蛋豆腐汤

准备食材: 娃娃菜、豆腐、鸡蛋、姜丝、葱花。

做法步骤:

1、豆腐切小块，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，往里打入鸡蛋煎熟，再把简单切小块备用。

2、清洗干净娃娃菜切好，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜丝爆香，接着加入清水大火煮开。

3、然后往里加入豆腐煮一分钟，再倒入娃娃菜和煎蛋继续煮一分钟。

4、接着往里加入适量的食盐调味，再撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。
