苹果新一代iPhone 18 Pro Max上市仅数周，就出现了较为集中的蜂窝网络连接问题。美国运营商AT&T近日首次通过短信向受影响用户正式发出警告，承认部分iPhone 18 Pro Max设备存在无法正常使用蜂窝网络的问题，并要求用户立即升级至iOS 27.0.1。此前已有大量用户反映手机会突然失去移动网络、无法拨打电话或发送短信，甚至进入“SOS”紧急模式。
