【保诚：在伦交所回购158.57万股股份 拟注销】 保诚有限公司公告称，公司于2026年9月30日、10月1日在伦敦证券交易所合计回购普通股1,585,749股，拟全部注销，合计付出对价1472.48万英镑。其中9月30日回购802,567股，每股回购价区间为9.316英镑-9.518英镑；10月1日回购783,182股，每股回购价区间为9.068英镑-9.258英镑。截至2026年10月1日，公司已发行股份（不含库存股）为2,480,354,755股。本次股份回购后，新股发行等事项的暂止期截至2026年10月31日。
