Lady Gaga 回应了针对 Haus Labs 新款 Sun Dipped Bronzing Veil 色号范围的批评：
“你100%正确。我们将努力确保这种情况不再发生。我个人会亲自监督。”

该产品发布现已推迟，因为品牌返回实验室重新配方，并加入更广泛、更具包容性的色号范围。
这款粉底液近期推出，只有一个色号，就是她本人的色号。很多粉丝感到非常难过，因为这个色号不符合他们的肤色。
有人理解为 Lady Gaga 只在乎白人消费者，忽略其他种族的需求。
事情在互联网上发酵引发关注，据说有一个粉了 18 年的粉丝因此脱粉了，一气之下把所有的海报都撕了。
