据中国天气，今年第27号台风“彩云”今天凌晨由热带风暴级加强为强热带风暴级，预计“彩云”将向西北方向移动，今天白天转向偏北方向。未来海温、垂直风切变等因素有利，4日前后“彩云”的强度可达生命史巅峰，或为强台风级。之后继续北上过程中，海温明显下降，“彩云”强度减弱。总之，未来“彩云”对我国海域无影响。
