一、香辣鸡腿

食材准备：鸡腿、青红椒、葱姜蒜末、姜片、葱段。

做法流程：

1.鸡腿剁成小块清洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入料酒、姜片和葱段去腥，煮开以后，撇去浮沫，再捞出沥干水分备用。

2.切好青红椒、葱姜蒜末，然后热锅烧油，油热以后，放入葱姜蒜末爆香，接着倒入焯好的鸡腿大火翻炒均匀。

3.炒出香味后，再加入适量的料酒、生抽、老抽、蚝油、食盐和白糖调味提鲜，接着继续翻炒均匀入味，然后淋入适量的清水焖煮十分钟。

4.最后加入青红椒大火翻炒收汁，接着放入少许的黑胡椒碎提鲜，再继续翻炒至青红椒断生，即可出锅开吃。

二、洋葱辣椒炒牛肉

食材准备：牛肉、洋葱、青红椒菜椒、蒜瓣、黑胡椒碎。

做法流程：

1.牛肉清洗干净，然后切成牛肉粒，放入大碗中，接着加入适量的淀粉、黑胡椒碎、生抽和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制二十分钟备用。

2.清洗干净洋葱和青红椒，然后分别切成小块备用，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的牛肉粒煸炒，煸炒至牛肉变色后，盛出备用。

3.切好蒜瓣，接着另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜瓣爆香，再倒入洋葱和青红椒大火翻炒，然后加入适量的食盐调味，然后继续翻炒至洋葱、青红椒断生。

4.最后再加入炒好的牛肉一起翻炒均匀，接着加入适量的白糖和蚝油提鲜，然后继续翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

三、香辣鸡翅

食材准备：鸡翅、线椒、姜片、葱段、姜蒜末、辣椒面。

做法流程：

1.鸡翅剁成小块清洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入料酒、姜片和葱段去腥，煮开以后，撇去浮沫，再捞出沥干水分备用。

2.切好线椒和姜蒜末，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入焯好的鸡翅煸炒油煎，煎至鸡翅两面金黄后，再加入姜蒜末一起翻炒均匀，炒出香味。

3.然后加入适量的料酒、生抽、老抽、蚝油和白糖一起翻炒均匀，再加入适量的清水一起焖煮十分钟入味。

4.最后再加入线椒和辣椒面一起翻炒收汁，即可出锅开吃。

四、剁椒牛肉

食材准备：牛肉、剁椒、葱姜蒜末、黑胡椒碎、葱段。

做法流程：

1.牛肉清洗干净，然后切成薄片，放入大碗中，接着加入适量的黑胡椒碎、淀粉、生抽和花生油，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2.切好葱姜蒜末和葱段，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的牛肉煸炒，煸炒至牛肉变色后，盛出备用。

3.另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入葱姜蒜末和剁椒爆香，接着倒入炒好的牛肉和一把葱段翻炒均匀，炒出香味。

4.接着再加入适量的白糖和蚝油提鲜，然后继续翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

五、葱油鸡腿肉
